Q: Will I receive a tracking code for my order?

A: We do not automatically send out tracking codes for every order. If you would like to receive a tracking code for your package, please email us at summerlococompany@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE* We cannot guarantee tracking codes for  packages. However, we can send you a copy of the delivery updates that we receive from our manufacturer if we have received them. Rest assured, your package is on its way unless we reach out to you telling you otherwise. 

 

Q: Can I return or exchange my product?

A: Refunds will only be warranted if a mistake has been made from us. Please email us at summerlococompany@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is. Please provide as much information as possible about your issue. If there is a specific defect to your product, please attach a photo of the issue. We will then review your order and product, and decide whether the situation warrants a refund. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are left up to our judgement. Additionally, we will not refund products that do not fit the way customers desire.

 

Q: You made a mistake on my order

A: If this happens, please email us at summerlococompany@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can verify the mistake.

 

Q: I just ordered and now I want a refund what do I do? 

A: Please contact us as fast as you can however it is not our fault that you ordered it and then right after expect a refund. The problem was not due to our fault so if one of our representatives is able to assist you they will however if we do not see your message and process the order that is not our fault. The charge of a refund for this situation is $.049.

 

Q: I ordered in the wrong size/color! What do I do?

A: Please contact us as fast as you can! If we do not see your message before your order is processed it is not our fault! It is your responsibility as the customer to know what you are buying as it is clearly stated before purchasing!

 

Q: I ordered multiple items at one time, why am I receiving them separately?

A: Summer Loco Company works with multiple manufacturers in a variety of locations around the world. Therefore, if you order multiple products they are most likely not from the same supplier. Shipping your products separately allows your items to be delivered faster than if they were grouped.

 

Q: I accidently typed in my address wrong! Can I change it?

A: Summer Loco is not responsible for customer mistakes. If your order has not been processed and/or shipped we can change it for you. If we have already completed your order we will not be able to refund you as the mistake was not from our end.

 

Q: How long will shipping take?

A: Summer Loco Company has many manufacturers across the globe. Additionally, we offer free shipping on the majority of our products. Because of this, our shipping can take longer than the average package. This is to provide you with the best possible prices.

Q: Can I get refunded on Free + Shipping orders?

A: We do not provide any refunds on Free + Shipping orders.

 

Q: What is the policy for Free + Shipping orders?

A: The purchase of free products must be in an entirely separate checkout from ALL other items in order for the transaction to go through properly. You are limited to 1 free product per checkout. If you put more than one free item in your cart at checkout, we will only send you the first free item that you added to your cart. Customers must pay shipping and handling.
